So I just got back from my roadtrip with my best friend, and fml I hate Melbourne, it's so full of tempting food and I was so naughty and decided to eat my way through 2 days, consuming at least 4500 calories... STUPID ITALIAN FOOD!! Not to mention the fact that I lost my phone on Lygon St (a really big food district, with amazing italian restruants).
So now I begin another fast, I'm hoping to last until at least Monday night drinking nothing but tea and water because I bought new pants to wear to my new job on Wednesday and they are a size smaller than I'd normally go so I demand that I can fit in them before then. I feel so gross sitting at 60kg, as if there is a deadly weight sitting on me, that needs to be lift in order for me to survive.
I am hoping that this Feb I can loose 4kg, which will bring me down to 55/56 kg which I think means doing plenty of fasts, no nughty foods and plenty of running/walking/yoga. On second thoughts, I am DETERMINED to loose 4kg this Feb and I will do anything that is needed to do so.
