So I have been sitting at approx 59kg/130pounds for about a fortnight, and this pisses me off to unbelievable extents so I think I might have to start working a little harder so that I can loose the next at least 4kg.
I started a new regime this morning, that starts at 6am with 45 minutes of interval training that streches about 6km/3.73mile. Then I come home to have a cup of tea with skim milk and some rice crackers. My aim is to keep my calories below 800 a day and to work out twice a day, as I plan to jump on wii fit this afternoon for an hour, mostly with yoga and the aerobic games.
Hoping to hear back from Jacob Toyota today some time, and the anticipation is killing me! I really want this job, the money would be really nice as I am no longer able to pay the bills, which is not as bad because I am currently still living at home. This job will also allow me to pay off my credit card and move out of home, because although I love the comforts of home, my parents are driving me nuts. My father because in simple terms he is a grumpy old bastard, and my mother is a control freak who has ruined me emotionally with her desire for me to be skinny, and taunting me when I gain a single kilo.
A new job might also help me loose the weight as my role is very demanding, being a female in the automotive industry, ecspecially in presitge cars like Lexus. All the younger girls I will be working with are beautiful and model thin, everything I aspire to. I will be designing customer relation practices to that our service surveys move up to 100%. Hopefully this high demanding job will take my mind off food. The only down side is having an office job means I won't be moving around as much as when I was working in hospitality, however I can now afford a new gym membership so before/after work I can go to the gym and burn all the calories I don't get to burn during work hours.
I think I might with my next post put some up to date photographs of me up, The one photo of me on my profile is when I was 4kg heavier, so let's see if I can see any changes...
xoxo
