The secret to Chinese food

Well simply it is this: Don't buy it from a restraunt, cook it yourself!! I'm pretty sure everyone has an Asian friend, mine happens to work with me so I have all these delicious receipes, and Do you know what, traditional Chinese food is really healthy (it is prob why I have never seen a fat chinese person) it has plenty of veggies and virtually no carbs. The issue with a lot of chinese restruants is that they have a lot of deep fried foods, in order to bring in more western customers (we all know how many of us in the Western World love deep fried food).

But on that note, I don't trust many restraunts when it comes to eating, because you just don't know what they have put in...

I have had a reasonable week, with lots of walking. Work has provided most of that walking (so yes I am getting paid to burn calories) and tonight being friday I might go for a run seeming I don't have to worry about work in the morning. I consume about 900 calories a day and burn well and truely all of it off!! I weight about 59kg :( But I am bloated from my monthly visitor so that is lame!! I might go for a nice long run in the morning, to kickstart my day as I always feel better when I exercise in the morning.

Busy weekend ahead, with more socialising, which I hate because it is a birthday dinner where I'm sure i'll be forced into eating cake!! I think next week I may have to start liquid fasting again, my weight isn't doing a lot and I find liquid fasting is helping me most. Would like to buy some diet pills but so poor after paying all my bills today :( $120 for the week, and I have to buy a birthday present for my friend still, and I wanted something new for work, coz I have a slight crush on the assistant, he is sooooooo cute and such a sweetie, he commented on my perfume today :) I know work relationships are bad, but I always like to make an impression, I'm thinking something that shows my awesome legs from all the walking I have been doing.

I love that feeling of my clothes getting looser, all my pants are getting too loose and I will be down to a size 8 soon if I keep things up. What sucks for me is my bad back from the accident, it is making getting my abs back a challenge as I can't get up if I sit on the floor, and moving around too much will lead to tears!! Walking is changing my legs though, and with sprints they are looking fantastic, my arms however are a bit of a work in progress.. I prob should invest in a small set of weights so I can tone them up now that I can start lifting again. I am not the biggest gym fan, ecspecially with the weather being so nice but I think I am going to have to make the investment (another freakin bill, just what I need...)

Okay off I hop, better serve up some dinner (chinese food) and then go for a walk maybe in Albury
Stay thin xoxo
