And although I have been lazy, I'm still a 56kg, neither up or down...
I have had a micro binge today, KFC popcorn chicken and chips then a full sugar coke, THE HORROR!!
I haven't sat down in the last 6 days though, work has been wrecking me, my 5 day weekend was spent out dancing and walking and streching and the rest, and today when I returned to work I spent 11 hours on my feet.
You can see why I have been lazy with my blogging??
Work has been so crazy I'm yet to get to the gym this week, I think I might go in the morning before work (which means a 5:45am wakeup call)... And I wont get home til after 7pm that night! I really really don't know how I do it, oh wait, yes I do!! Lots and lots (and lots) of diet redbull, multi vitamins and boost juice :) I think I will be having a quiet weekend though, a simple weekend of walking my pup (who turns one next Thursday which is kinda cute), spending time with the family (shoot me?) and sleeping in the sun...
My goal is to loose 6kg by my birthday, which gives me 2 months I think I can do it, with a lot of hard work and hopefully some more gym time now that I'm getting my strength up with physio (progress at long long last).
