Nicole and Harlow

Thanks to my two fave followers for commenting on my latest pics and FYI I hate my legs, I'm a runner and my legs are huge no matter how much cardio I do :(

Anyway I had a horrible weekend food wise, about 3000 calories in 48 hours, fml. I'm making up for it this week with strictly 500 calories a day, most of it has been liquid today. I also plan on walking in the evenings after work, with a run over the weekend because working 10 hours a day tends to drain me and I can't bring myself to run.

Not sure of my weight today, but will update you on my progress through the week.

I hear you on the legs being difficult to lean out.

I find doing HIIT (sprint/jog) for a good 20 minutes then steady state cardio (40ish) once or twice a week helps lean them out a lot as well. finding the energy to do this... that's another story.

If you have and tips on leg training let me know PLEASE!
