Height: 170cm
Current Weight: 57kg/125.7lbs
High Weight: 67kg/147.7lbs (Dec 2010)
Goal Weight: 55kg/121.3lbs (May 2011)
Goal Weight II: 52kg/114.6lbs (July 2011)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 50kg/110.2lbs (and beyond..)
Current diet: Restriction (under 1000cals per day)
Current exercise: approx 4 hours walking each day
Thinspo: Black Swan and any other ballet motivation I can get my hands on
I ate not even 500 calories today, a boost juice and a diet soda but I am yet to have dinner. Quite happy that I am not even hungry anymore most of the time, the boost juice took me 2 hours to drink and kept me full all day. I'm a tad peckish for some dinner, don't know what to have though.
Went to physio again today, and things aren't looking good with 2 appointments a week for the next 6 weeks :( my neck and shoulders are hurting so bad so I might have a hot bath tonight to relax and unwind. I can go back to gym which makes me happy though, I will go tomorrow after work for heavy cardio and light weights, this will hopefully put me on track to loosing the next couple of kg's before my car arrives, with any luck I will be under my goal weight of 55kg.
