BACK INJURY I HATE YOU!!
So I am taped up again, all down my back. I can not move, bend or twist without it pulling me back into place. My shoulders are out of place to the extent that my right shoulder can barely move. I am not looking forward to work tomorrow (if I make it) as I have to tell my boss I'm back on light duties.
Food wise I'm not doing too bad, eating really small portions on a regular basis to keep my metabolism up. Sadly with this back I can't do a lot of exercising, gentle walking is about the extent of it. No gym this week, have to rest as much as possible.
I basically need to stop eating solids, low fat soup, tea, diet soda and water for me. Less than perfection is not an option.
Please help me with any tips to making liquid fasting work for me
