Gross

59kg.. Gross, fat, ugly 59kg

I cant seem to get below 57kg at the moment, and the restrictions on my exercise don't help but in the next few weeks it shall start returning to normal. I have my first gym session tomorrow, 30 mins cardio and 15 minutes light weights.

My eating has mostly been okay with a few bad choices, but to be honest the sight of food disgusts me. I love my liquid diet, but sometimes in my household is very difficult in terms of maintaining. Loving chai tea, MY FAVOURITE THING EVER!! Boost juice is delicious but very difficult to get when I don't have my car, that will change next week as my car arrives Friday (insert shreak of excitement here).

I think next week in general is going to be a better week, ecspecially with my new car cause I can go to gym when I want without having to borrow a car, which means I can go to gym straight from work and I'll miss dinner, one less meal a day, I think it's all a domino effect really. What I'm not looking forward to is $120 less each week to play with. But its a small sacrafice for FREEDOM!! I just don't get as many luxuries which is okay considering the luxury of a brand new car (shiney new car smell anyone??)

Sorry my rant is a bit unorganised tonight

I have made some pretty good choice this week so far (although it is only Tuesday) I go walking for my lunch break for 30 mins, I know it doesn't sound like long, but I walk an hour when I get home and I'm on my feet most the day, so it does add up :) I also have made sure I am super busy when the smoko van comes at 10am so I don't have time to go out and get my morning snack. I also have decided my one meal a day is going to be BREAKFAST. I'm thinking 2 pieces of wholegrain toast with Vegemite, and for those non-Australian readers it is a yeast based spread that is kinda salty but full of B Vitamins (involved with energy). I will have a juice or some sort for lunch (freshly squeezed of course) and chai/diet soda/water whenever i get hungry. I'm loving flavoured water as I can get bored with regular water.

Okay back to the disgusting figure of 59kg. I can feel it, my tops are a bit tighter, my belly is bloated from the bad choices I have made lately, and the physio said I need to build my deep core muscles and abs as they hold my back up. Which will be a double good as I will have a flat toned belly, and a strong back which will prevent further injuries. Its all a long process though, we are looking at 2-3 months before I go back to my toned abs.

Okay, back to my streches and then shower and bed.
Love all your blogs, some great thinspo going on!!

Yay cardio! I need commit to more gym time too.
And I'm sure the freedom will be well worth the price :)
