I am finally getting back into a routine with Ana, I can fast for 2 days without a problem and I have managed to get my calories down to under 1000 a day (most the time). It's also nice to finally see results, the biggest change I can see is in my wrists and ankles that are shrinking quite nicely, as is my waistline, the only areas I can seem to drop is my thighs and boobs, which I can understand coz all the females have really big boobs in my family so I am going to be a twig (as my Pa used to call me when I was skinny last) with DD boobs =S
Another sign of results is that I can barely eat 200 calories at a time without vommiting, as after my most recent fast over the weekend I decided I'd have a small piece of shortbread with my cup of tea, only to find myself hanging over the toilet because my stomach had shrunk after 2 days without food.
Australia is quite lovely this summer, it's unseasonably cold (18 degrees celcius compared to the usual 36 dregrees celcius) which for me means I can exercise all day everyday without worrying about smelling too much. Also means I might get out of swimming this Christmas because I can just say it is too cold to get in the water for me, because Lake Hume is usually quite cold to begin with. I wish it would snow though, a white Christmas in Australia would be amazing, it snowed up in the mountains over the weekend I hear, which is only about 120km from my house.
All in all I am impressed with my re-connection with Ana and I hope that soon enough that I will be back down to 50kg one of these days. At this rate I might just get there before my 21st which would be nice.
