So it would seem that I did rather badly over Christmas, but with some hard work I will loose the 2 kg I gained FML so I am basically starting all over again. I finally can run again thanks to my amazing new sports bra (genetics gave me AUS 12DD boobs) so that should burn some serious calories, ecspecially in this heat. I am loving the Apple store at the moment, I have bought a few really cool weight loss apps for my iPod:
MyFitnessPal - Awesome food diary that works out calories consumed and burnt. It has a massive search engine and I even found calories burnt for my water skiing.
Butt Workout: To tone my giant butt back into a size 8 by June (I am currently a AU12)
Yoga by Viaden: A customised yoga workout so that I remain toned and flexible
Went to the doctors (again) looking for an answer to why I am struggling to loose this fat, seeming I have cut my calories back to under 1000 calories a day, and burn most of them with my yoga and running. So we decided to change some of medications around to a new drug out on the market that doesn't cause weight gain. I also looked into and IUD as it is hormone free so it may also help me loose the weight that the pill causes but she said ti can cause too much troubles with having children after it is removed.
The upside of this summer heat has been going to the weir. All my swimming/water skiing/kyaking has been burning some serious calories and is a fun distraction from food. The only downside is putting on a bikini so I can get in the water, this tortuous task is usually followed by tears. I have managed to only eat 1000 calories in 3 days, and I have just started my first fast for 2011.
Well here goes nothing, lets hope I can loose my christmas weight quickly
