it's been too long

Hi ladies, sorry I haven't posted recently, been crazy with work which btw I love! The only thing I'm hating on is I'm surrounded by housewives that insist I try all their cakies/cookies/slices. I weighed in at 60kg this morning OMFG!! Makes me wanna die, and just to top it off the weather in wodonga is so fkn wet that I cannot run or anything. My solution is though that I'm gonna go to a rental place and hire a cross trainer. Hopefully then I will be able to exercise even when I can't be bothered going to the gym in the rain.

Next week I'm hoping will be easier and I can come back down to 57kg :) With a business trip and 9 hour days I should be able to avoid eating and the stress burns the kgs faster than anything.

Well I must be off, mum is yelling coz I went shopping with her and I'm on here talking to you girlies, you guys understand me and respect my weight loss journey which is more than I can say about her

Anonymous said...: Hello girls I have returned to blogger after trying to lose weight the healthy way and developing a better mental health I gave up I threw it all away to become "Delicate!!" Threw all my hard work away so I could eat from one extreme to another, to get to my goals quicker!! As many of us do we give up and think it will be easier and quicker to try a stupid diet which you only end up binging and back to square one!!

I am ashamed of my choices and want to continue down my path of being healthy!! I can not believe I nearly threw it all away!! I have decided to give it my all 100% and nothing less!! I will reach my GOALS but in a HEALTHY way!!

I too want to look great in a Bikini, in that Little Party Dress, in those CK Jeans but I want to ROCK them without feeling GUILTY, without LYING to all those around me and to not be KILLING MYSELF in the process!! I want to look HOT in ULTIMATE HEALTH and HAPPINESS, I want to have AWESOME SELF ESTEEM and I want to ROCK CONFIDENCE!! I want to earn the JOY of achieving HEALTH - HAPPINESS - SELF ESTEEM and CONFIDENCE the right way not the wrong way!! I want this more than anything in LIFE and I am going to get it !! My Story

The Basics: I'm a 21 year old living in Australia trying to balance a 50 hour working week, friends, a boyfriend, saving for a house, family and somewhere in there sleep and exercise.

Current weight (14/12/2011) 58kg
Highest Weight (Jan 2011) 69kg
Lowest Weight (March 2006) 43kg
Goal Weight 50kg (or less)

So I have had to let myself go, to a weight that is considered by society as "healthy" However this was not by choice. I have been sedated, I have been nourished by an IV bag, force fed, hypnotised into being hungry, almost everything my doctor could think of to get me to gain weight against my will.

By medical terms I'm not anorexic anymore, but that doesn't mean I'm not apart of the pro-ana movement. I used to be anorexic weighing 44kg and dropping, and one day really soon I will be back to my tiny frame and falling out of my size 6 pants rather than squeezing into my size 8's.

I firmly believe that this illness is a lifestyle, not one we choose but on that chooses us. I don't enjoy spending hours in front of mirrors crying, starving myself until I fall off my chair at work, or hiding away at meal time so I don't get tempted to eat a bit of my mums home made German cooking, but Ana has chosen for me to live this life and I will document it here and hopefully have all your support along the way.
