I was quite happy to go shopping today, which is a nice change to my mother having to drag me kicking and screaming. This is because I tried on a size AU9 pair of jeans, and they fit as well as buying a size 8 dress for work. What I hate is sales girls at Valleygirl!! They commented on how curvy I look in the dress, and although they meant it in a good way, I DON'T WANT TO BE CURVY GOD DAMMIT!!! The size 10 jeans I bought not all that long ago need a belt to stop them hanging around my arse which is nice, compared to squeezing into a size 12-14 only 10 weeks ago.
Working out is my challenge at the moment so I don't expect to be changing in the next few weeks, physio is absolutely dominating me, going to her twice a week for deep tissue therapy and aqua therapy twice a week walking around the kiddy pool streching. I can easily exercise my legs walking and that, and my arms aren't too bad, I lift what I can at work and they are reasonably lean but its my mid section, I cant lay on the floor to do crunches, or bend very far in any direction to do anything really so I have no idea how I am going to loose the belly, maybe it will have to wait the 6-8 weeks until I finish physio and can lay on the gym matts at gym to do my crunches etc.
*Random thought* I prob should put a new picture of me up, seeming I'm down to about 56.5kg >.<
My quiet weekend has mostly worked apart from a coffee date with mum where I shared a piece of pie with her, not that I had more than 3 spoonfuls of it but I still felt disgusting. Even the dinner I went to tonight I stuck to a vegetarian dish and ate barely half of it before calling a waitress to get it off the table before I could eat more. A trick that I think will serve me well when I eat out from now on :) I did a fair bit of exercise today, I hate aqua therapy this morning (which I'm sure burnt a fair few cals) and did about 3 hours walking so I burnt off almost everything I put into my body, and I'm told because my body is healing it uses more calories so I'm constantly burning calories so that my back and shoulders can get better.
Massive sorry that I haven't been on recently, I do read all your blogs when I can but I don't oftn have time to comment on them all, but I am proud you all lovers
